THEIR STORY
KIMBERLY ASA & LOU FEDON
The Asa Love Foundation was created in loving memory of Kimberly Asa and her grandfather, Louisnes.
On November 4th, Kimberly, just 3 years old, was with her grandfather at Grade A when a UPS plane crashed, taking both of their lives. In one moment, two generations were lost — but their love and light remain.
Our foundation was born from this loss to spread faith, love, and hope, especially to children. We are dedicated to introducing Christ at a young age and reminding every child that they are deeply loved and created with purpose.
What began in grief has become a mission of light.

ABOUT ASALOVEFOUNDATION
My name is Ethan McCowin, Kimberly Asa's uncle. On November 4th, 2025, Kimberly Asa and her grandfather tragically passed away in a UPS plane crash that shook our entire family. Kimberly was only three years old.
I created the Asalovefoundation to honor Kimberly's life, her love, and the light she left behind. Kimberly was our bright, joyful girl whose love touched everyone around her.
Our mission is to spread that same warmth to kids and families who need it most.
This foundation will help children and families feel supported, cared for, and never alone — the way Kimberly always made us feel. We want to uplift the children and families who need love the most. Every act of kindness we give is a piece of her memory passed forward.
After losing Kimberly Asa, we wanted her memory to continue in a way that blesses others. Through care bags, supplies, support, and community outreach, we keep her spirit alive in the lives of other children. Her joy continues through the work we do.
February 8th, 2026, would've been Kimberly's 4th birthday. In honor of Kimberly, my sister Sherline, who is also Kimberly's mother, is partnering with me to prepare our Toddler Winter Drive to provide coats, hats, blankets, and warm essentials to families in need, including children's story bibles.
